HANDLING POLICY -Handling will normally take from 3-10 days depending on the quantity we have in stock and your position in the shipping queue. In the future as we expand we plan to add an expedited handling service option but for now this is not yet available. Occasionally we have issues with our supplier and shipping may take a little longer, If you have not received your item within 2 weeks and we have not shipped you are welcome to ask to cancel the order and ask for a full refund, Just send us an email and we will issue an immediate refund.

GENERAL SHIPPING INFO -Usually you will receive your products within 1-3 weeks, If your item doesn't arrive within this time feel free to email us so we can track it down for you. |

POSSIBLE REASONS FOR DELAYS
-We will attempt to examine each purchase carefully. If we believe that a customer intends to use our products for mischief or illegal purposes we reserve the right to cancel an order and will issue an immediate refund
-We cannot be held responsible for shipping delays due to the post office. We have had several issues shipping internationally, the items always reach their destination but shipping has occasionally taken up to 4-5 weeks, we are currently working on fixing this issue.
-We will not ship to persons or organizations on the Denied persons List
-We also will not ship to countries which are under us Embargo
-If an international order is large enough that it exceeds the value for a low value export license exception, it will take more time for us to obtain the license
-Our Handling time helps protect us from thieves using hijacked and stolen paypal accounts |
